1. Introduction & Applicability

3. Account Rules

Each individual may register only one account on bw222. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Account Transfer

A bw222 account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Deposits must always be made from a payment method registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits (using another person's bKash/Nagad) are not permitted
• Deposits are usually instant. For failed transactions, please raise a complaint within 48 hours

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (except where the cash-out feature applies)

• Bw222 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market
• Bw222 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error

5.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

• If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes refunded
• If cancelled after the event has started: settled on official result if 50% or more is completed; voided if less
• If a live betting event is suspended, bets that were active up to that point are generally voided
• In football, extra time and penalty shootout results are included in settlement (for match winner markets)

5.3 Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply even if odds change afterwards. However, if a technical error occurred when the odds were published, bw222 may re-settle the bet at the correct odds.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bw222 bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms below. Where a specific promotion has its own terms, those terms shall take precedence.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per person/household/address/device
• The bonus must be claimed within 72 hours of your first deposit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount of wagering is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn ("Wagering"). For example, a 5x wagering requirement means you must wager five times the bonus amount.

6.3 Bonus Cancellation

7. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Match fixing or use of insider information: Betting based on unlawful information is a violation of international sports law
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using a program or bot to place bets instead of a person
• Money Laundering: Using bw222 to launder illegal funds
• Multiple Accounts: Creating accounts under different identities to claim multiple bonuses
• Chargeback Fraud: Deliberately reversing payments to reclaim funds
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach bw222's software or security systems
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing via another person's mobile banking account

8. KYC & Identity Verification

10.1 Balance Refund Policy

If an account is closed due to a terms violation:
